Apartment Access
You will have access to the flat requested at the price indicated for the dates entered guaranteed from 15h00 on check in day and 10h00 on check out day.
Payment
Apartments Du Louvre will charge 50% of your reservation (excluding city tax) 72 hous prior to check-in date for standard rate with free cancelation policy, or the whole amount the day of booking if non reimbursable rate. This is done to guarantee your reservation. The balance is o be paid upon check-in in cash or credit card.
City Tax
The City of Paris requires us to collect a City Tax of 8,13 or 5,20 euros per adult per night depending on the apartment. This is charged at check-in upon arrival in cash or credit card.
Security Deposit
There will be a 500€ credit card imprint taken as a security deposit. This hold will be released after check-out if no damages or supplementary cleaning was required.
We kindly ask you to treat our apartments as you would your home, if you notice something is wrong in your apartment, please let our staff know as soon as possible so that we can do our best to fix it. We reserve the right to retain your security deposit should we determine that the apartment incurred damages from your activities during your stay. In these rare instances, we will always communicate with you before withdrawing anything. If you see something, say something.
Cancelation Policy
Standard Fare: Cancelation is free up to 7 days prior to arrival date. After which we will charge 50% of the reservation (not including City Tax and Extras) as a non refundable deposit. If cancelled on arrival day or no show, we will retain 100% of the reservation amount.

Non refundable: The whole reservation amount is charged upon booking (not including City Tax and Extras payable upon arrival in cash or credit card). That amount is non refundable if canceled or changed. Under no circumstances will Apartments du Louvre grant a waiver for non refundable fares.
No Smoking
Strictly no smoking anywhere in the apartment or building. Should we find traces of smoking (cigarette butts, a strong smell, cigarette burns) we reserve the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee of 150 euros per day.
Check-in
Check in time starts at 3PM. However, if you arrive before this time, we will do our very best to ensure the apartment is clean and ready for you. It is important that you communicate to us your arrival information as soon as it’s available. It is recommended to call or text us when you arrive to the airport/train station after having picked up your luggage to let us know that you are on your way.

With our easy and safe self-check in system located at the entrance of our building, we can accommodate key exchange at any time of the day. A personalized greeting is our preferred mode but it is subject to availability and your arrival time.
Check-out
Check out is at 10:00AM on your departure date. If you need to stay later, you may ask us at your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Baggage hold
It is possible for you to safely store your luggage on site before check-in or after check-out. If you wish to do so, please let us know so that we can let you know about our luggage storage procedure.
